This Marilyn Monroe 3D Canvas Wall Art captures an iconic moment of cinematic history in a unique way. It features hand painted miniature 3D figures who are scaling Marilyn as if she is a skyscraper. This 3-dimensional effect gives a new twist of an artwork to one of Monroe’s most famous scenes – and some of the figures are literally falling at her feet
An artwork that captures a piece of history. The scene was shot for Billy Wilder’s film comedy ‘Seven Year Itch’ and features Hollywood’s biggest starlet, Marilyn Monroe. She stands on the grate of the subway and that dress suddenly flies up with a rush of air as the train passes by. While it’s set in New York City, because of the noise, the actual shot was filmed on the 20th Century Fox film lot in California – but who really cares.
A priceless piece of art. While the original stunning white dress created by William Travilla was sold for $4.6m in 2011, this homage work of art costs considerably less with a very modest price tag.
