| How long does delivery take?
Depending on the item, delivery can be anywhere from next day
to 4 weeks. Small items are usually delivered via Royal Mail
or TNT whereas larger items are delivered personally by our well
trained and professional drivers. We operate in different areas
of the country week to week and therefore please allow 28 days
for delivery, but most orders are delivered within a 2 week
window. If you have an urgent request please do let us know and
we will do our best to meet your deadline. If we are delivering
it personally then we will ring up the day before we attempt to
deliver it to see if the next day will be OK for you.
How much does delivery cost?
We are now offering free delivery throughout the UK! Unless you live in the Channel Islands, the nether regions of Scotland, or off shore, there are no extra charges for delivery. If you do live in a region of the UK that is difficult to get to, we will contact you to confirm there will be an additional charge for delivery. As a rule of thumb, if you have run into additional surcharges for delivery because of your location previously, please be adviced you will be contacted about your order!
Can I specify an exact date and time?
Unfortunately due to traffic and the courier we use we cannot
specify a date or time for delivery.
Do you have a catalogue?
Only the on-line shopping section. We do not stock a hard copy
of a brochure as our stock range is continually changing. We
recommend visiting the website on a regular basis to get as many
great bargains as you can!
Do you ship abroad?
At the moment we are sticking to the UK only however watch this
space because we have plans for starting to ship to the US and Europe in the near future.
If my furniture does not match my decor can I send it back with a full refund?
We apologise but we do not accept returns if the item is delivered in perfect condition. Please see our Conditions of Sale for details on the cool-off period if the item is unopened.
